How to measure – bras
- Band size (underbust):
- Wrap the tape measure tightly around your ribcage, directly under your chest.
- Make sure that the belt is level and parallel to the floor.
- Take the measurement in inches or centimeters and round it to the next whole number. This is your band size.
- Chest size (overbust):
- Measure around the fullest part of your chest, the measuring tape should run at the same height across your back and around your chest.
- Do not pull the strap too tight or let it sag.
- The difference between your band size and the breast measurement will help you determine your cup size.
Tip: Measure yourself with an unpadded bra for more accurate results.
