Shipping and delivery
Yes, we offer free shipping for orders over 100 CHF. Enjoy the free delivery for qualified purchases!
Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping address and recipient country (e.g. Switzerland or abroad). The exact costs are calculated in the shopping cart after entering the delivery address.
Yes, we ship our products throughout the EU, UK, USA and other countries. If a shipping destination is not offered, this will be indicated in the shopping cart checkout process. Please note that the shipping costs do not include any local VAT, customs duties and any administrative processing fees charged by customs authorities and/or the freight partner. Such costs will be charged to you locally.
Yes – our central warehouse is in Switzerland and all items are ready for immediate dispatch.
Payment
We accept all major credit card providers such as Mastercard, Visa and American Express.
You can find your copy of the invoice in the “My Account” section under orders. The PDF document can be downloaded or printed out.
Shipping and return
You have 14 days from receiving the goods to revoke the order and return the items.
The articles must be intact, unworn and in the undamaged original packaging. You can find more details on the right of return here
You carry the return costs yourself. Returns will take place on your responsibility.
You can choose a voucher or a refund as soon as we have received and checked the return.
